3 arrested in connection to violent break-ins targeting Asian, Middle Eastern homeowners

LYNNWOOD, Wash. — Lynnwood police announced Tuesday they arrested three people in connection to a series of home invasions and burglaries targeting Asian and Middle Eastern families.

Officers arrested the three on Monday at the Lynnwood Costco. Immediately before the arrests, officers said each of the suspects had burglarized a nearby home by breaking through the rear sliding door.

Police said the suspects — a 21-year-old man, a 29-year-old man and a 33-year-old man — were trying to steal jewelry and other valuable merchandise in each of their crimes.
